Reese Witherspoon’s Nieces Launch Lifestyle Brand for Girls

If you’re a Reese Witherspoon fan, you’re probably familiar with her company, Draper James. Inspired by her southern upbringing, the lifestyle brand sells clothing, home decor and accessories that pay tribute to the south. The flagship store is located in Nashville in the 12 South neighborhood.

Apparently the spirit of entrepreneurship runs in the family because two of Reese’s nieces have followed in her footsteps, launching their own lifestyle brand for girls. The tweens, Abby James and Draper Witherspoon, started Abigail Draper Girl to encourage young girls to be kind, confident and use their voices.

The first line created by the girls is called Semi-Sweet. As noted on the Abigail Draper Girl website:

“As girls we are taught to be sweet and kind , but at Abigail Draper we want girls to be fierce, and use their voice to stand up for themselves and what they believe in. We like to say girls are semi-sweet.”

Products from the Semi-Sweet collection, which include shirts and trucker hats, are available online, as well as at Magpies in Nashville. The line will also be available in retail stores at Gaylord Opryland Resort in the near future.

Keep up with all things Abigail Draper Girl by following the brand on Instagram.
